Representatives from Alumni SMA Jakarta Bersatu (ASJB) participated in a three-day UMKM training program organized by the Ministry of UMKM Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with BINUS University. The program took place from March 30 to April 1, 2026, at BINUS University Summarecon Bekasi.
The training focused on preparing SMEs to face the potential global recession in 2030, emphasizing strategies in branding and packaging to elevate product value, as well as leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for business efficiency and scalability.
ASJB was represented by three participants: Aloysius Sardoko (Koko), Erry (Bekasi regional coordinator), and Olla. Throughout the program, participants gained insights into product knowledge, marketing strategies, brand development, and AI-driven digital marketing.
The event also featured a bazaar involving BINUS students and the local community, providing practical exposure and promotional opportunities.
According to Koko, the training was highly beneficial, especially in sharpening awareness of global economic challenges and helping SMEs enhance product value, increase sales, and expand market reach.
