South Tangerang – A warm atmosphere of friendship and collaboration filled Gerai Lengkong in South Tangerang on Sunday (July 12, 2026), as members of the Alumni SMA Jakarta Bersatu (ASJB) Tangerang Regional Chapter gathered for a special fellowship event. Originally organized as the closing gathering for the ASJB UMKM Bazaar & Garage Sale Committee, the meeting evolved into a productive forum to evaluate recent activities, strengthen relationships, and discuss ASJB’s future in the digital era.
The event was attended by ASJB Chairwoman Jeni Suryanti, members of the executive board, ASJB members, representatives from Takaja Group, and Lista, Owner of Gerai Lengkong and Mentor for MSMEs in South Tangerang.
Throughout the discussions, one message stood out clearly: collaboration remains the driving force behind ASJB’s growth. Participants agreed that the success of the UMKM Bazaar & Garage Sale was measured not only by business transactions but also by the stronger bonds created among members and the wider promotional opportunities provided for local entrepreneurs.
Committee Chairman RM Kusumo Handarumurti explained that valuable feedback had been collected to further improve similar events in the future and ensure greater benefits for ASJB members.
ASJB Chairwoman Jeni Suryanti expressed her appreciation to all volunteers and committee members whose dedication made the event successful.
“I sincerely appreciate the hard work of every committee member and volunteer who contributed to the success of the ASJB UMKM Bazaar & Garage Sale. This achievement reflects the strong spirit of togetherness within ASJB. Moving forward, we must also accelerate digital transformation so that our organization becomes more modern, professional, and capable of delivering real value to all members,” she said.
Another highlight of the gathering was the presentation by Takaja Group introducing the proposed My ASJB application. Designed as a one-stop digital platform, My ASJB aims to integrate membership management, internal communication, organizational services, event information, and various digital initiatives into a single ecosystem.
Beyond improving organizational efficiency, the platform is also expected to create financial opportunities for members through integrated business programs and value-added services within the My ASJB ecosystem.
Participants welcomed the initiative enthusiastically, viewing digital transformation as a strategic step toward building a more transparent, responsive, and future-ready alumni organization.
The event also featured valuable insights on MSME development from Lista, Owner of Gerai Lengkong and Mentor for MSMEs in South Tangerang.
“We believe MSMEs can grow sustainably when supported by quality, collaboration, and a strong ecosystem. That’s why Gerai Lengkong emphasizes product curation, collaborative marketing through bundling, member-get-member and reseller programs, as well as cooperative membership to strengthen local entrepreneurs,” Lista said.
The friendly yet productive discussions demonstrated that every ASJB gathering is much more than a social reunion. It serves as a platform for exchanging ideas, inspiring innovation, and creating new opportunities for collaboration across different fields.
By combining strong relationships, support for MSMEs, and its commitment to digital transformation through My ASJB, ASJB continues to position itself as a modern, professional, and forward-looking alumni organization dedicated to delivering meaningful value to its members and the wider community.
