On Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 06.00 am the ASJB West Jakarta Regional Chapter successfully held its inaugural Healthy Morning Walk at CNI Puri Indah, West Jakarta. More than just a fitness activity, the event marked the beginning of a new initiative aimed at strengthening friendship, communication, and solidarity among ASJB members.
Although participation was still limited, the atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm, warmth, and meaningful conversations. The gathering demonstrated that the strength of an organization is not measured by the size of an event, but by the commitment of its members to grow together.
One of the participants, Guruh, described the event as a small yet significant step toward building stronger connections within the West Jakarta chapter.
“Today’s morning walk is a small step in strengthening communication among ASJB West Jakarta members. Although attendance was still limited, we all share the same vision of making this activity a regular program, either every two weeks or once a month.”
According to Mas Guruh, the mission extends far beyond promoting a healthy lifestyle. The regular morning walks are expected to create closer relationships among members, encourage more active communication, and introduce ASJB to the wider community through positive and community-oriented activities.
The inaugural event also reflects ASJB’s belief that sustainable organizational growth begins with consistency and genuine engagement. Simple activities such as walking together provide valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, strengthen friendships, and foster a stronger sense of belonging within the alumni network.
Looking ahead, the ASJB West Jakarta Regional Chapter hopes that the Healthy Morning Walk will become a signature community program, inspiring more members to participate while reinforcing ASJB’s values of unity, wellness, and social engagement.
Every meaningful journey begins with a single step. For ASJB West Jakarta, this first Healthy Morning Walk represents not only a commitment to healthier living but also the start of a stronger, more connected, and more vibrant alumni community.
